The Communities
Each community appoints delegates to serve on the council, providing a representative voice for the valley to the County of San Bernardino, the State of California, and the surrounding communities. If you live within the boundaries of these four vast and rural communities, we are the officially recognized body for your concerns.
Your Voice
If you have issues or concerns within these communities you feel need to be addressed, please bring these concerns to your local community center or improvement association, and your association's delegates to the council will be happy to have your matters addressed at an upcoming meeting of the council. Alternatively, you may locate one of the respective HVCC delegates for your area and address the issue with them directly. The HVCC meets monthly and all council meetings are open to the public. You may also address your issue here.
